The Catskill Center for Conservation and Development (CCCD) will host the first of four regional economic development forums, 10:00am, Saturday, January 23 at the Catskill Center, 43355 Route 28, Arkville, NY 12406.
The forum will provide opportunities for Catskill businesses and community leaders - both business and governmental - to meet and discuss common business problems and possible solutions through more regional interactions.
The objective is to better capitalize on the growth of tourism for the benefit of all villages and hamlets in the six-county Catskill region.
The first forum will seek to identify the most urgent common needs among local businesses and how CCCD can work directly with them to promote sustainable long-term economic development for them and their communities.
The forum will be open to the public and more information on this and upcoming forums will be available at www.CatskillCenter.org/events.
