All registrations include Meals and Frost Valley's Site fee. If you do not need Frost Valley lodging then the Registration Fee is higher because it includes meals and site fee. Meals and site fee are built into the Frost Valley accommodation fee, so the registration fee is lower when you take Frost Valley lodging. Here are the rates:
Frost Valley accommodations include a rustic cabin, lodges and the Lakeview Lodge. Click HERE to see details of Frost Valley lodging.
Cabins have a dorm room that sleeps 4 and a separate room that sleeps 1. All beds are bunk beds, but we are only assigning bottom bunks, leaving the top bunk empty for your use. Bedding and towels are provided. We will do our best to assign group registrants to the same cabin. There is one bathroom per cabin with one sink, one shower and one toilet
The Lodges offer four rooms sleeping 2 to 3 people in bunk beds. We will only be assigning the bottom bunk leaving the top bunk for your use. Each room has a private bath. Bedding and towels are provided. Each lodge has a common room socializing.
Lakeview Lodge is a hotel style lodging with 22 private rooms. Each room has two double beds. The SINGLE accommodation is for ONE PERSON ONLY. If you are a couple you must book TWO double accommodations - one for each of you.

The only way to get to Frost Valley via public transportation is to take the Shortline Bus from Port Authority to either Monticello or Liberty and then take a taxi. Monticello is about 45 minutes from Frost Valley and the bus drops you at a terminal. Liberty is about 20-25 minutes and the bus drops you at a taxi stand. I always recommend that the person arranging for the taxi calls and reserved it in advance. The number for Sureway taxi is, 845-292-8805.
