Catskill Center Comments on Hughes Energy Draft Environmental Impact Statement Scope

The Catskill Center has submitted our comments to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) on the scope for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (NYSDEC ID #4-1248-00321) for the Solid Waste Management Facility proposed by Hughes Energy, LLC in the Town of Roxbury, Delaware County, NY.
