The Catskill Center Gets a Grant for Land Trust Accreditation

On April 26th at a gathering overlooking the Hudson River the 2017 Land Trust Grants were announced and the Catskill Center was awarded $25,000 towards our efforts to become an accredited land trust.

Bookstore and Info Center now open at the Erpf Center in Arkville!

The Erpf Center's new bookstore and Visitor Information Center has opened to the public! Stop by Monday through Friday between 9:30 and 4:30 and on Saturday between 10 and 2 to find free information about the Catskills, information on Catskill Center and purchase Catskill books, maps and more at the bookstore. Staff and volunteers will be on hand to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.

As part of our inaugural Pop Up Market on Saturday and Sunday, May 6th and 7th at the Erpf Center—the Catskill Center’s headquarters in Arkville (43355 State Highway 28, Arkville, NY 12406), we are asking for donations of your used (but in good condition) outdoor gear prior to May 6th. All types of outdoor gear are welcome.

We need your help on Saturdays at the Erpf Center in Arkville!Help us welcome visitors to the Eprf Gallery and to the Catskill Center's new information center and bookstore at the Eprf Center in Arkville, especially on Saturday's. Volunteers will work in the Gallery and Information Center spaces, greeting the public, answering questions, directing visitors and making sales in the bookstore.
