The Four County Library System will be staging a pop-up library at the Catskill Center.  The Cybermobile (bookmobile) has been delivering materials to Arkville residents for over 20 years. Though the vehicle is currently out of commission, library staff will bring books, DVDs and books on CD for check-out on November 5th and December 3rdfrom 12:30-2.  There are no late fees on these materials and they may be returned to any library in Delaware County or at the next month’s pop-up.
