Join photographer, fly-tyer and outdoor guide Mark Loete as he shares his experience creating the photography exhibit Catskill Fly Tying: the Art of Artifice. Mr. Loete's talk will be held at the Catskill Center's Erpf Gallery on Saturday, March 4 from 1-2:30 pm. View the macro photographs of exquisitely crafted trout fishing flies and find out how Mark turned them into large scale photographs. Mark will share insights into capturing the beauty of the hand-tyed flies, some information about the artists that created them, and a history of fly fishing in the Catskills. This program is free and open to the public.
