The Board of Directors of the Catskill Center for Conservation and Development has called a member meeting to be held virtually on April 10th, 2021 at 1:00pm.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and vote on amending and restating the Catskill Center’s certificate of incorporation to provide that the Catskill Center will cease to have members under the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law of the State of New York. We believe that being managed solely by our Board of Directors is both more effective than being a member-based corporation and is in line with current best practices for not-for-profit organizations. After these changes are made, our members will continue to receive our Catskills magazine, exclusive access to our member program series, a discount on purchases at the Catskills Visitor Center, invitations to special events and access to our archives. We greatly appreciate your support of this important effort.
