Please join us to help protect the Ashokan Rail Trail vistas from invasive species. This invasive species workday will be hands-on removal of invasive shrubs and vines. We will show you how to properly remove invasives at vistas along the trail. Please contact Kate Cooper for any questions at kcooper@catskillcenter.org and let her know that you’re coming to ensure that we have enough gloves and tools. Please bring plenty of water, sunscreen, rain gear, and be prepared for poison ivy and possibly ticks. It's about a 1.3 mile walk out to the vista we'll be working on.
