“Good Vs Seemingly Good”
by Kirandeesh Kaur
Pouring from heaven’s brink,
Hugged by terra firma, astounded by the slightest wink.
Notwithstanding that the elixir hugged had evil intentions,
Grass cover let it make its tortuous run persuaded by branching extensions
Sensing piquant, unrevealing identity
Dusting a tit-bit uncertainty of anthropogenic sensitivity.
Emerging victorious seemed an unscathed triumph,
Unseemliness diverged, as seemliness morph.
I toiled the way anthropoid unimagined,
Imposing on habilus lithosphere reigned.
Elixir demeaned to be flirtatious,
Plateau looked gratuitous.
No sooner did the deceptive proposed to hitch
A splendid chapter it wanted to stitch.
Denial met; water rolled down.
Leaving stone assertive and motivated to frown.
Metallic was the move; however not unmetallic was rugged land
With its sneaky extensions, it had the man.
