Come celebrate the opening of the Riparian Demonstration Project

The Catskill Center, with support from the Ashokan Watershed Stream Management Program, has created a Riparian Demonstration Project at the Catskill Interpretive Center. A riparian zone is the area along the banks of a stream. The demonstration project shows plants and strategies that have been used to prevent stream bank erosion and maintain clean water quality.

Join us for a ribbon cutting and celebration to officially open the Riparian Demonstration Project to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
