Join Catskill Center staff this Saturday for a kid-friendly birding walk on the Visitor Center’s trails. We’ll learn about migration, a species of bird that’s found in the Catskills Forest, and its journey south for the winter. Binoculars provided! Kids ages 4-10 and families are encouraged to attend. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty!
Catskill Mountain Kids is a year-round weekly daytime program series that celebrates the nature, history and culture of the Catskills. Each session will include some focused learning time, hands-on activities, and outdoor exploration. The program is geared for ages 4-7 but all are welcome.
Suggested weekly donation: $2/child (max of $5/family), members free. Donations support the ongoing programs and operations of the Catskills Visitor Center, a program of the Catskill Center nonprofit organization.
