Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Catskill Center. As a volunteer, you will be contributing to the ongoing effort to protect and preserve the Catskills for future generations. Volunteers work in many capacities including participation in invasive species projects, interpreting scientific and cultural information at the visitor center, or helping out behind-the-scenes. Benefits of volunteering include:
Learning about the management of invasive species
Building your outdoor skills
Teaching visitors about the natural and cultural history of the Catskills
Participating in region-wide events
Meeting other volunteers from around the Catskills
Complete the volunteer application to register as a volunteer
To register:
Open the Volunteer Interest Form.
Register with Civic Champs (if you haven’t already).
Complete the Volunteer Interest Form.
